I just had a Tech install a new door and opener. I am a very happy customer. From the start at the trade show, at Ancaster Fair Grounds to the follow up phone calls and planning of the installation, Hamilton Door Systems has Knocked it out of the park for us. I walked into your showroom after being on your website. I was greeted by your staff's friendly smiles. She listened to my questions and then answered them. I left the showroom with the information that I needed to know and an approximate cost. I compared the prices to some competitors.

I called the office a couple days later for a tech to come out and give me a quote. I was given a date and time window when someone would show up. the tech showed up on that day and in the timeframe. he was friendly and professional in explaining the quote. I ordered the garage door.

A couple of weeks later, office staff called and said the door was in and to set up an installation day and time. I did not take the call, but my daughter did, and commented that the staff was really friendly.

I had a call the day before the install, just as a reminder.

A tech showed up on the appointed day and installed the door and the opener. Again the tech was friendly and professional. He listened to my questions and answered them. He completely explained the system once the installation was complete.

It was a pleasure to deal with such a friendly and professional staff as you have.
